Five years ago, I started Tracked N Solved completely by myself with nothing but my bare hands, a broken-down phone, a pencil, a notepad, and that same old phone as my only camera. No office. No team. Just a fierce determination to help people who felt lost and desperate for answers.
Many didn’t believe it would work. But I poured every ounce of my blood, sweat, and tears into this agency. Sleepless nights and long, exhausting days became the norm because I refused to let another family suffer without the truth.
Step by step, I built the agency from the ground up — hiring one dedicated investigator after another, carefully choosing people who shared my passion and commitment to doing things the right way. Investigator by investigator and case by case, that solo effort grew into one of the most respected multi-state investigation agencies today, with trusted professionals working for me in each state we serve and professional-grade surveillance equipment delivering powerful, court-ready results. I never dreamed in a million years I could build something this strong — but I did.
None of it would have been possible without the incredible team who stood with me every step of the way. Their loyalty, skill, and heart turned my vision into reality.
After five years of giving everything I had, I am now confidently stepping back from day-to-day operations. I was spreading myself thin, and I knew it was time to fully trust the outstanding team I had built. He handles domestic investigations, child custody disputes, infidelity cases, criminal defense work, witness interviews, surveillance, and finding people who don’t want to be found. Whether it’s uncovering the truth in a sensitive family situation, securing evidence for a court case, or tracking down a crucial witness, Nick approaches every job with precision, discretion, and persistence—always operating within the law and in full compliance with Colorado regulations.

Grant spent over 15 years as a private detective for prosecution offices, serving as District Attorney Investigator in Orange County and Senior Sergeant with the Dallas District Attorney’s Office.
